How Morpher works
Remodel
Facial landmarks are detected on your device. Each control (jaw, chin, cheeks, nose, eyes, lips) moves a smooth, bounded region of the photo, so you can widen or narrow the jaw independently on each side or mirror it across the face. The reshape brush pushes, expands, shrinks or restores any area by hand, even when no face is detected.
Background protection
A subject mask keeps walls, hair and clothing in place while the face is reshaped: a widened jaw can cover the background, but the background itself does not bend. You can paint extra protection, force areas editable, and preview the mask. Warping cannot recreate background hidden behind the face, so narrowing works best against plain backgrounds.
Finish and export
Add a filter, adjust light and colour, smooth skin without erasing texture, heal blemishes and apply subtle makeup. Every edit is non-destructive and undoable, and the export is rendered from the original photo at full resolution. Nothing is uploaded.
