Height Calculator
Estimate your likely adult height as a range, not a single number. Enter your parents' heights, or your age and current height, or both - supplying both gives a tighter estimate.

How accurate is this?
Height prediction is genuinely uncertain. Treat the range as a probability band, not a promise:
- About 85% of people finish within the parents-based band shown; roughly 1 in 7 land outside it.
- Chronological age is used as a stand-in for skeletal (bone) age. Early or late maturers can deviate by several centimetres.
- The method assumes normal, healthy growth and adequate nutrition. Medical conditions, hormonal issues and puberty timing all shift the outcome.
- Parent heights are most informative when accurate - estimate carefully, and remember your own measurement varies through the day.
- This is a statistical estimate, not a medical bone-age assessment. For a clinical prediction, see a paediatric endocrinologist.
Medical disclaimer: This tool gives population-level statistical estimates, not a medical diagnosis or prediction. Adult height depends on genetics, nutrition, hormones, puberty timing and health conditions that this calculator cannot see. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have concerns about growth or development - your own or a child's - consult a qualified physician or paediatric endocrinologist.
